The fields, and nothing beyond them

The number of riders, the pickup place and street, the direction, the date, flight time and flight number, checked bags, how many child seats, whether you bring a golf bag, skis or a folding stroller, your name, cell number and email, how you want to be answered, whether texts are fine, and anything you write in the note. Those are all the fields. Please do not put payment details, identity documents or health information in the note.

Each field earns its place in a quote

Each field is used for one purpose: to answer your request and arrange the ride. The desk passes the request to the one transportation company that quotes and drives it; the company uses it for that ride and its own records.

Who receives your details besides the desk

The form reaches the desk through an email forwarding service that handles it only to pass it on. Apart from that service and the one transportation company, nobody receives your details, and the desk never sells or rents them.

Server logs kept by the host

The host that serves these pages records the IP address, browser type and page requested for each visit, to deliver the pages and protect them, and keeps those records on its own schedule. The desk uses them for nothing else.

Text messages

If you check the box, the desk and the company may text you about this ride and nothing else. A reply of STOP ends the texts whenever you send it.

No cookies, nothing kept in your browser

No cookie is set by this site, and your browser is left holding nothing from it. If the desk ever adds an advertising or measurement tool, this page will name it, say what it collects and how to refuse it, before it is switched on.

Deleted at six months unless the ride ran, at 36 months if it did

Requests that never become rides are deleted after six months. Booked rides are kept for 36 months for the company's and the desk's records, then deleted.

Password, two-step sign-in, encrypted pages

Requests sit in a mailbox protected by a password and two-step sign-in, read only by the desk's staff. The pages are served over an encrypted connection.

A child's details

The site is meant for adults arranging rides. A child's name is never needed: give the number of child seats only.

Writing to the privacy mailbox

You can ask to see what the desk holds about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to privacy@lesterlimovanservice.net. The desk answers within 30 days. A parent or guardian makes a request about a child.
